Lily is the mastermind behind FOMO, she’s also a physical therapist and owner of Stone Coast Wellness, where she offers therapeutic exercise and personal training.  She also spent over 5 years coaching CrossFit.

Lily uses her experience and knowledge of movement, mobility and injury when programming workouts that achieve the greatest level of fitness with goals of longevity and health in mind.
